Savings Oracle Node License Agreement

1. Control and Responsibility
You are in full control of your Savings Oracle Node software and any connected digital wallet.
Your node will only execute actions and submit data to the blockchain based on your direct input or configured automations that you have authorized.
Operating your node requires active participation and maintenance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your node remains online, updated, and properly configured to remain eligible for participation and rewards.
2. Node Operations and Participation Requirements
Savings Oracle Nodes play a role in validating and transmitting savings-related data within the network.
To remain eligible for digital rewards, node operators must:

- Maintain consistent uptime and connectivity to the blockchain network.
- Execute assigned workloads, verification actions, or savings-related computations.
- Periodically confirm participation through the node dashboard or on-chain activity.
Failure to perform these operational duties may result in delayed, reduced, or forfeited digital rewards.
3. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that blockchain technologies—including the Savings Oracle protocol—are experimental and involve significant risk.
Such risks include, but are not limited to, market volatility, technological failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, network downtime, software bugs, and evolving global regulations.
You agree that no guarantees of profitability, liquidity, or continued operation of the blockchain are made or implied.
4. Fees and Expenses
Connecting and operating your node may involve fees, which can include:

- Network transaction (gas) fees,
- Software license renewal or maintenance fees,
- Data relay or storage fees, and
- Infrastructure costs (server, hosting, bandwidth, or hardware).
You are solely responsible for all such costs and for maintaining the operational health of your node environment.
5. Rewards and Distribution
Digital rewards may be distributed by the decentralized blockchain according to the protocol’s reward algorithm and community governance rules.
The node seller or licensor does not distribute, manage, or guarantee the delivery of any digital rewards.
Rewards are earned only when the node is actively participating in network validation or savings-related proof-of-action processes. Passive ownership of a node license alone does not entitle the licensee to receive digital rewards.
6. Representations and Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that:

- No individual or company has represented that running your Savings Oracle Node will generate income or profit.
- Ownership or operation of the node software does not constitute an investment, security, or ownership interest in any company, foundation, or network entity.
- Rewards, if any, are algorithmically generated and not promised, purchased, or distributed by the node seller.
7. Informed Purchase
You confirm that you have independently researched the Savings Oracle Node technology and its function within the blockchain ecosystem.
You understand its purpose, operation, and associated risks.
You may request additional information or clarification by contacting support@salvorias.com prior to completing your purchase.
8. Delivery and Setup
Delivery of your node software license may take up to 10 – 20 days following purchase, depending on network deployment and configuration schedules.
You are responsible for activating and maintaining your node within the provided dashboard or hosting environment.
9. Refund and Transfer Policy
All purchases of Savings Oracle Node software licenses are non-refundable and transferable only through approved blockchain governance mechanisms or designated secondary markets, if such features exist.
10. Electronic Signature Consent
You agree that your electronic acceptance of this license has the same legal force and effect as your handwritten signature.
No additional verification or certification is required to make this agreement valid, enforceable, or admissible.
11. Linked Terms and Policies
By purchasing or activating a Savings Oracle Node License, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following governing documents of Salvorias Services LLC, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference:
These documents collectively establish the legal framework, dispute resolution process, and operational policies applicable to all users of the Salvorias ecosystem. In the event of any conflict between this License Agreement and the referenced documents, this License Agreement shall control with respect to node software operations, and the referenced documents shall control in all other respects.
12. Compliance Note
Any representations inconsistent with this Agreement are unauthorized and void. Only the terms contained herein govern your purchase and participation.
You understand that this agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written representations.
